Shipping & Deliveries
To place an order for delivery outside of the United States, pre-payment is required. Please note that heavy items like Pevo Soccer Goals, Benches, Bleachers, Covered Team Benches, MVP Team Shelters, Skills King, Rubber Bases, Batting Cages, Backstops, Field Hockey Goals, American Football Goals, and Jaypro Lacrosse Goals are excluded from our flat rate shipping policy. Additionally, returns or exchanges for shipped items are not permitted. Please be aware that promo codes and sale items are not applicable to flat rate shipping, which is only available for ground shipping. Ground shipping generally takes between 3-7 days based on the distance within the continental United States.
Goals4Sports Online offers a variety of payment options for its customers, such as PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Once the Checkout process is complete, the order total will include shipping, handling, insurance, and tax charges (if applicable). Sales tax will be charged to Rhode Island residents. Customers will be notified in advance if a deposit is required.

Instructions and Terms for Receiving Items by Truck
Please follow these instructions to ensure proper delivery of your shipment. When your products are delivered, inspect them for any visible damage and count the pieces and/or pallets delivered in the presence of the carrier's representative. If any item is damaged or missing from the shipment, you must accept delivery and report the visible damage and/or omission to the carrier's bill of lading.
Additionally, notify the Company's claims department at Info@Goals4Sports.com within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. Failing to do so relieves the carrier of any liability for the damage and/or omission, leaving you without legal recourse against the carrier and/or the Company.
If any item in the shipment is received in a different condition than when it was collected from the Company or its designated agent by the carrier who delivered your order (Concealed Damage), report such damage to the Company's claims department at Info@Goals4Sports.com within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. Failing to report Concealed Damage within the said period voids your rights to return the damaged item(s), and the Company is not liable to you in any manner in connection with such damaged item(s).
It's important to note that Visible Damages and Concealed Damages are not Factory Damages and are not covered by the warranty detailed under. In the event of Visible Damage or Concealed Damage, your sole recourse is against the carrier who delivered your order.
