Exchanges or Returns
Customer satisfaction is very important to Goals4Sports. If customers are dissatisfied with any product purchased, they may return it by obtaining a Return Authorization Number, by contacting Customer Service within 7 business days from the date the order arrived. Once the product is received into our warehouse, we will evaluate the return and issue a credit after the product is evaluated based on the following policies:
Goals4Sports Error: If customers are returning the product due to a defect, or if their order was incorrect due to our error, we will refund the entire price for the purchase, including all shipping/handling costs and sales tax if applicable. Customers must notify Goals4Sports within 7 business days after receiving their order for all claims regarding shortages or defective merchandise.
Customer Error: Wrong sizes and colors will be refunded or credited for the purchase price and any applicable sales tax. The customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs to return the product to Goals4Sports or one of our manufacturers. Customers must notify Goals4Sports within 7 business days after receiving their order for all claims where customer has made an error. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
- We warranty all our products for a period of 90 days from the date the product arrived.
- If you have an issue with one of our products, please contact Customer Service.
- Customer Service may ask for a description and/or photos of the defect or damage prior to issuing a credit or a Return Authorization.
- However, we will not accept returns for merchandise that has been worn or damaged by the customer.
- Notwithstanding the aforementioned, Goals4Sports will provide a more detailed warranty on MVP Team Shelters upon request.

- Most of the products sold on Goals4Sports.com are not manufactured by Goals4Sports, therefore;
- Products not manufactured by Goals4Sports are subject to the manufacturer warranty and return policies.

No Credit: No credit will be issued for returns that do not include the original packing slip and/or Return Authorization Number.
Custom Products: Products that are personalized, imprinted, or made to order are non-returnable. This includes products such as logo or flags, number on bibs, customized team shelter covers, etc.
Return/Exchange Process Time: Usually, 3-5 business days after we have received the merchandise.
Out of Stock Items
Furthermore, there are times that our inventory levels will be incorrect, or we ran out just before your order was received. If this happens, we will contact you as quickly as possible to notify you of the back order. At which time you can agree to keep it on back order or, we will happily issue a refund or offer a like kind item, if available.
