Goals 4 Sports is proud to offer the Quick Feet Foundation Educational CD & Training Mat for the Quick Feet Soccer Training System to help coaches and players take it to the next level (Trainer NOT included).

The Quick Feet Foundation program combined with the Foundation CD & Training Mat is perfect to teach basic skills for new players. Basic moves such as addressing the ball correctly, to striking the ball will become second nature after a short time. The novice soccer player will learn how to control a moving ball, how to make a perfect pass and how to become proficient at using both the left and the right foot. In addition to the CD, the Foundation Program also comes with its own unique training mat for use inside the Quick Feet Trainer.

Using the Quick Feet CD and Training Mat will take the beginner to a better level of play.
