All prices shown are F.O.B. Leland, NC. Prices are subject to change without notice. Minimum Order The minimum order is $50.00. Add $5.00 for orders under $50.00. Specifications Product specifications are subject to change without notice. Freight/Shipping All Pevo products are shipped F.O.B. from Wilmington, NC 28408 Damages, Shortages, and Freight Claims All products are inspected prior to loading on trucks and left the factory in good condition. Freight claims for lost or damaged goods are the responsibility of the customer, however, Goals-4 -Sports will assist wherever possible. Please note on the bill of lading any damages or shortages before signing, and notify the freight company for settlement. Returned Goods Goals-4-Sports will accept the authorized return of standard products for any reason within 90 days of shipment. Any returned goods must include a return authorization number from a factory representative, a copy of the original invoice, and reason for return. A 20% restocking charge plus any damage and freight costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Replacement Parts & Support Replacement parts may be ordered from Goals-4-Sports via the internet at www.Goals4Sports.com. Help in assembly and use of products may be obtained by calling customer support at (401) 244-5951. Limited Warranty PEVO Sports Co. warrants all products against defects in workmanship and materials for the length of time indicated for each product from the date of shipment. Normal deterioration of products due to weather, wear and tear, or other causes are not covered by this warranty. Alteration, modification or improper use of the product voids any warranty. PEVO Sports Co. reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund as appropriate. This limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. PEVO Sports Co. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages of any nature whatsoever. WARNING: All sporting activities carry the risk of injury to the participants. Improperly maintained equipment, inadequate supervision, and failure to follow safety instructions are significant contributing factors. All equipment must be thoroughly inspected and maintained to reduce the risk of injury. Tax Exemptions: Are you a Not-for-Profit (also known as Non-Profit) organization? If so; you can save paying the taxes on your product(s) by sending us a copy of your Active Tax Exempt Status as a not-for-profit organization.
